Terms of service

Dexbid is an independent promotional listing service. A payment buys a dated, publicly visible listing showing a name you choose and one link, inside the category you choose. It does not buy the category, any character, any name, any trademark or any physical item, and it grants no ownership, exclusivity, licence or right of any kind. Listing position is determined only by the amounts paid.

There is no prize, no draw, no randomness and no possibility of winning money or goods. Dexbid is not a game of chance, a lottery, a competition or a gambling service.

Dexbid is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, licensed by or connected to Nintendo Co., Ltd., Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK Inc. or The Pokémon Company. Category names are used descriptively to identify the fan communities that already exist around them and remain the trademarks of their respective owners. No third-party artwork, sprites, logos or copyrighted images are used anywhere on this site.

Payments are accepted only from people aged 18 or over.

Your listing is published immediately, so at checkout you are asked to expressly consent to immediate performance and to acknowledge that this ends your 14 day right of withdrawal under EU distance selling rules. Listings are non-refundable once published, including when somebody later contributes more.

Listings and links may be edited or removed at any time without notice, including on request of a rights holder, and the service may be discontinued at any time. Amounts already paid are not refunded on removal for breach of the link policy.

You may only submit a name and link you are entitled to use. Links are accepted from YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, X, Instagram and Discord only.

Listings that impersonate somebody, that point at illegal or harmful material, or that break the link policy will be removed, and under “Removal” above that removal is not refunded.

An anonymous backing counts toward the category total but carries no name or link, cannot be merged with any other backing, and cannot be claimed or converted later.

Visitor and online counts are measured, never estimated or embellished.
